Shipping is free for all orders, worldwide! All orders can be tracked on our tracking page.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Absolutely! In fact, most of our orders are sent internationally. Items will be shipped from our warehouses in Asia or New Zealand.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Allow 10 - 25 standard days for shipping, depending on your location. This includes the order preparation time. Around 75% of orders are delivered within 2 weeks.

WHO PAYS FOR IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS EXPENSES?

In most cases you will not be charged any extra at the border for sales taxes, such as GST or VAT.  However, as with most products ordered online these days, it is the customers responsibility to pay for any import duties, taxes, or customs expenses that your country may apply. Many countries for example, will only charge an import tax if the value of the product you’ve ordered is over a certain amount. Please check with your local authorities if you wish to know potential costs before ordering.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Faulty Items

• In the rare event of a fault, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will then determine the best course of action to enable your refund, or replacement.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY

All Folklor products come with a money back guarantee (MBG). If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product return it within 30 days of receipt, and we will refund the item in full.  The customer must pay for shipping costs to return the item.

In order to qualify for this MBG, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned undamaged in 100% original condition, in the original packaging.
  • You must contact us here first for authorisation that the return is valid.
  • You must arrange and pay for shipping cost to return the item to us.
  • We will honour refunds that are requested within 30 days from your delivery date (as per parcel tracking data).
  • Proof of purchase is required and the offer is limited to a single application per household.
